Privacy & cookie notice

This notice explains the information processed when you browse NEXCODIC, submit a project enquiry, or request a website audit.

Website enquiries

When you contact NEXCODIC, we process the details you submit so we can respond to your request and assess the project. Enquiry messages are delivered to contact@nexcodic.com through our email delivery provider and the enquiry details may be stored in a private lead database so the team can follow up. Older contact records are removed by the database cleanup routine. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in the form.

AI website audit

A requested audit sends the public website address to Google PageSpeed Insights for a mobile Lighthouse scan. If you request the detailed report, your name and email are used to prepare and deliver the report and may be retained for follow-up about that audit. Completed audit reports are scheduled for expiry after 90 days and removed by the database cleanup routine. The report is generated from measured Lighthouse findings; it is not a manual security review or a guarantee of search rankings.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded unless you accept analytics. If accepted, we use Google Tag Manager to send page views and limited interaction events. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses, message contents or audit website URLs as analytics event parameters. Advertising storage is not enabled by this website.

Your choices and requests

You can reject optional analytics or change your preference below. For a request to access or delete information submitted to NEXCODIC, email contact@nexcodic.com and identify the enquiry or audit you mean.

Third-party services

The website may rely on Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention, Google PageSpeed Insights for requested audits, Google Analytics only after consent, and Brevo for email delivery. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation.
